Fully automatic invoicing for Shopify and Jimdo
With a PRO package, PamBill does all the invoicing for you. Each order is imported, invoice generated and sent to the buyer by e-mail, including the delivery note if needed. This allows you to devote your time to more important work, while PamBill does the invoicing (1)(2)

Flexible manual invoicing
Create invoice, preview and download PDF or send to the customer, all in single clicks, all packages. PamBill suggests the VAT rate and calculates the totals. Add a discount, change the currency, find the customer or a product by typing a few letters. Add a note or an image / QR-code, switch between invoice templates. Edit any invoice, whether imported or manually created, unless it has been paid or refunded.
Import from Shopify, Webflow, Squarespace, Thinkific, Jimdo Creator and Dolphin
Drop a CSV or XML file containing orders to PamBill dashboard for duplicate-free import from any of your web shops. Multiple shops of the same type are supported.
PamBill app for Shopify

Business templates for invoices
PamBill comes with a set of three business templates, each with two versions for Net and Gross pricing, and a set of customization options. Invoices are fully localized and support all the languages available in PamBill.
European Union One Stop Shop
PamBill supports One Stop Shop in all packages that include VAT function. OSS needs to be used, if your business is registered in the EU and your net sales to private persons in other EU-countries is over 10.000 Euro per calendar year. In OSS mode, PamBill applies applicable VAT rates based on the customer's country and will automatically correct VAT percentages at import and during manual invoicing.
Legally correct invoices
With attention to detail and legal requirements, we control the VAT rate in specific cases, including One Stop Shop (EU OSS), EU VAT exemption when selling B2B, no VAT when selling from EU to non-EU states. We check user-entered EU VAT numbers in VIES, and let you know if your VAT settings are incorrect.
Automatic payment reminders
Automatically mark unpaid invoices as overdue and send up to 3 payment reminders. Up to two penalty fees can be set up to go with the reminders.
Delivery and credit notes
Delivery notes can be downloaded or included when sending the invoice by e-mail. Credit notes are available for refunded and partially refunded invoices.
Delivery in parts
PamBill allows you to select which products to include into each delivery note. The product is then marked as delivered, so you won't include the same product twice.
Currencies and languages
PamBill interface and invoicing are available in 4 languages: English, German, French and Polish. We support all major currencies: AUD, BRL, CAD, CHF, CNY, DKK, EUR, GBP, HKD, ILS, JPY, KRW, MXN, NOK, PLN, SEK and USD. The currency is specific to invoice, allowing you issue invoices in more than one currency in one PamBill account. More currencies are readily available upon request.
Reports
PamBill offers various reports on sales, top customers and much more. With this you can keep your Shopify, Jimdo or Squarespace store perfectly in view. Our reports allow you to select time ranges, so you can easily determine quarterly or annual sales. Among the reports are:

Unlimited number of shops
With any PamBill package you can create any number of shops. Shops are used to group invoices and products. Each shop may have its own EU VAT number and logo to be printed on the invoices.
Unlimited number of products
Products are shop-specific and automatically maintained. PamBill automatically suggests products when you start typing their name, SKU or variant on the invoice. When the product is selected, it is added to the invoice, with its name, SKU, variant, price and VAT type.
Unlimited number of customers
PamBill automatically creates customers from the imported orders and suggests them when creating invoices. When customer has an EU VAT number, the VAT will be exempt with the respective notice. Billing address, payment type and currency are auto-inserted when selecting the customer.
Import from any shop system with PamBill API
PamBill API allows for simple and reliable import of order and customer data from any shop system or data source. Note that PamBill PRO package is required to use the API, and you may need a developer to implement sending the orders. Check PamBill API documentation here ⇢
